Job Responsibilities
- Search and analyze Government and Private tenders on GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, Banks, and PSU websites.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids.
- Study tender documents, BOQs, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for quotations, authorization letters, datasheets, and compliance documents.
- Prepare compliance sheets, commercial proposals, costing, and required tender documentation.
- Upload bids on GeM and various e-Tender portals.
- Track corrigendums, bid deadlines, and maintain tender records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-award activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Government Tendering/GeM.
- Good knowledge of GeM Portal, CPPP, and e-Tender portals.
- Experience in CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, ELV, or Security Systems will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF tools, and online tender portals.
- Good communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
