About the Role
We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused Dental Doctor to join our healthcare team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing oral health issues while delivering exceptional patient care. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and oral health assessments.
- Diagnose dental diseases, oral conditions, and treatment requirements.
- Perform routine and advanced dental procedures including:
- Tooth fillings
- Extractions
- Root canal treatments
- Scaling and polishing
- Preventive dental care
- Develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Prescribe medications and provide post-treatment care instructions.
- Monitor patient recovery and schedule follow-up treatments when required.
Patient Care & Consultation
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Explain procedures, risks, and expected outcomes clearly to patients.
- Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience.
- Address patient concerns and provide professional dental advice.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Follow infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Dental Council regulations, healthcare standards, and clinic policies.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and organized clinical environment.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate treatment schedules and patient appointments.
- Participate in clinical discussions, training sessions, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) or MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Valid Dental Council Registration/License to practice.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Good knowledge of dental procedures and treatment planning.
- Familiarity with dental management software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
