We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Retail Operations & Facilities Manager to oversee store operations, facility maintenance, and MEP
systems. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, minimizing equipment downtime, managing vendors, driving energy efficiency
initiatives, and maintaining safety and compliance standards across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted store operations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
Implement energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives.
Monitor facility performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
Manage scrap disposal and asset upkeep in line with company policies.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
3+ years of experience in retail operations, facilities management, or MEP maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.
