Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing IT teams, ensuring system security, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and support services.
- Monitor and maintain servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Ensure data security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance standards.
- Manage cloud platforms, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise applications.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop IT policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Supervise and mentor IT support staff and system administrators.
- Prepare IT budgets, asset management, and procurement planning.
- Ensure high availability and performance of business-critical systems.
