Key Responsibilities
Backend Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Python
- Build scalable REST APIs and cloud-native solutions
- Drive architecture decisions and implement best engineering practices
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
- Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and CI/CD practices
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with product, operations, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical documentation
- Support client interactions, technical discussions, and pre-sales/post-sales activities
- Identify technical risks and continuously improve development processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python Backend Development
- Strong understanding of scalable system design and backend architecture
- Experience working with cloud-native and production-grade applications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
