Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the production teams teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Costing / Pricing.
- Reports: Generate business reports such as Product wise, Customer wise analysis report, Sales Weekly Reports, Open Order Grid Status, MIS report, PIW & Spec-sheet etc.
- Customer Communication: Address customer queries and resolve issues through e-mails.
Qualifications
- Jewellery Industry experience is a must.
- Knowledge of EMR (Emperor) Software is must
- Strong MS Excel skills (advanced)
- Good in oral & written communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- EMR (Emperor) Software: 2 years (Preferred)
- Jewellery Industry: 2 years (Required)
