Key Responsibilities
- Call leads generated through Facebook, Google, website, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Qualify customer requirements by understanding their project, budget, and timeline.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit our experience center or arrange virtual/in-person meetings.
- Follow up with interested customers until meetings are confirmed.
- Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the design team regarding scheduled appointments.
- Re-engage old leads through follow-up calls.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience during the first interaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or appointment setting.
- Confident speaking over the phone and handling customer conversations.
- Good follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).
- Organized and self-motivated.
Preferred
- Experience in interior design, real estate, home improvement, architecture, or furniture industries.
- Experience using CRM software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
