Job Title: Intern - Operations
Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Support the team in uploading new vendors in the system as per procurement protocols
Assist in raising & releasing Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders in coordination with the procurement team
Help in drafting contracts and agreements with service providers under supervision
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely updates and documentation
Participate in site visits and coordinate with on-ground teams to monitor project progress
Maintain records of project activities, approvals, and correspondence
Support in tracking project milestones and preparing regular update reports
Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines during implementation
Take part in team meetings, vendor discussions, and review calls
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree – B. Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel to site frequently
Interest in project execution / plant operations / supply chain
