We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through paid digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI/ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Develop A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-converting marketing assets.
- Set up and manage tracking tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging growth opportunities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
