Requirements: Smart, professional, and well-groomed personality, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Polite, confident and customer-focused attitude, Ability to handle clients, visitors, and telephone inquiries efficiently,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.) Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist clients and visitors, Manage incoming calls and correspondence, Coordinate appointments and meetings, Maintain front office operations professionally, Provide administrative support as required.
