Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Cambridge/IGCSE curriculum is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject or Early Childhood Education.
- B.Ed. is mandatory for Primary teaching positions.
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred for Early Years teachers.
- Cambridge International Curriculum experience preferred.
- Cambridge Professional Development Qualification (PDQ) or Cambridge training will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster students' academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
- Assess and monitor student progress through continuous formative and summative assessments.
- Develop lesson plans, learning resources, and differentiated instructional strategies.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Participate in curriculum planning, parent meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
