- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, and other compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, payments, and registers.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and identify gaps.
- Manage labour department inspections, notices, and statutory queries.
- Monitor contractor/vendor labour compliance.
- Prepare compliance MIS and reports for management.
- Keep the company updated on changes in laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for statutory compliance.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Labour Compliance, and Employee Engagement.
- Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Candidates from Vasai/Kaman and nearby locations will be preferred.
