- Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions
- Generate bills and invoices accurately
- Maintain daily cash records and reports
- Assist customers with billing-related queries
- Ensure proper cash balance at the end of the shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams when required
