Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, managing dealer/distributor networks, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the Home Appliances and Kitchen Appliances market. The role involves market expansion, product promotion, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market visits to increase product visibility and sales.
- Promote company products including kitchen appliances, home appliances, and related product categories.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely support.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Identify potential markets and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct market surveys and submit reports to management.
Sales Operations
- Prepare sales forecasts and sales reports.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
- Ensure proper implementation of sales schemes and promotional activities.
Product Promotion
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Support marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales of Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Consumer Durables, or Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience in dealer/distributor management preferred.
