We’re seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Telesales Executive to handle incoming client inquiries and convert them into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
l Handle inbound calls from potential clients interested in our photography services.
l Understand client needs and provide detailed information about our packages, pricing, and availability.
l Offer personalized recommendations and guide clients toward the most suitable photography solutions.
l Build rapport with callers to foster trust and maximize conversion rates.
l Follow up with leads and maintain an organized record of interactions via CRM.
l Coordinate with the operations and photography teams to ensure smooth bookings and client satisfaction.
l Meet or exceed sales and conversion targets from inbound inquiries.
Requirements:
l Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound sales, customer service, or a related role.
l Experience in photography, event management, or creative services is highly preferred.
l Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
l Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a customer-first approach.
l Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office applications.
l Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
