Compensation Structure
CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA
- ₹20,000 Fixed Salary (Basic)
- ₹10,000 Target-Based Variable
- Per-project incentives (No upper limit)
Key Responsibilities-
- Generate leads for IT services including Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Solutions & Digital Services
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and perform regular follow-ups
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution
- Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and sales processes
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in IT Sales / Business Development preferred
Preferred Background
- Candidates with experience in IT Sales, Stock Market, Trading, Financial Sales, or Corporate Sales will be an added advantage.
