Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain visitor records and issue entry passes if required
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding the organization
- Assist in administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
- Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
