Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our growing
content and brand team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling through visuals,
understands internet content culture, and can turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention
content across platforms.
You will play a key role in shaping how our brand communicates visually - from short-form social
content to long-form YouTube storytelling. We’re looking for someone who can move fast, adapt
quickly, take feedback positively, and maintain high creative standards consistently.

What You’ll Do
Video Editing & Storytelling
●Edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media
campaigns
●Edit long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and educational content
●Transform raw footage into polished visual stories aligned with brand tone and content
strategy
●Maintain strong pacing, rhythm, narrative clarity, and audience retention throughout edits
Creative Collaboration
●Collaborate closely with the social media team and marketing team
●Understand creative briefs and execute edits with speed and accuracy
●Implement feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
●Contribute ideas for hooks, transitions, storytelling styles, and content improvements
Content Operations & Execution
●Ensure platform-specific formatting, export settings, and delivery standards
●Maintain proper project organization, file management, and editing workflows
●Manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
●Stay updated with current editing trends, creator content formats, and audience behavior
Requirements
Required
●2 to 3 years of experience in video editing
●Experience editing both short-form and long-form content
●Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
●Basic working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
●Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and rhythm
●Familiarity with social media content formats and internet-first editing styles
●Portfolio/showreel demonstrating previous editing work
Preferred
●Basic motion graphics and animation skills
●Basic knowledge of color grading and sound design fundamentals
●Familiarity with codecs, export workflows, and platform optimization
●Understanding of AI tools and ability to assist in AI-generated or AI-enhanced video
workflows
●Basic shoot handling skills (camera handling, on-ground shoot support, etc.)

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
