Customer Support Executive – Full Time
We’re hiring a Customer Support Executive to join The Nesavu team in Coimbatore.
This is not a telecalling or sales calling role. The role is mainly about helping customers with their orders and giving them a smooth support experience.
You’ll be handling:
- Customer queries through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram and other channels
- Order status, delivery, exchange and product-related queries
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Following up on pending customer concerns
- Maintaining clear and polite communication with customers
We’re looking for someone who is patient, organised, good at communication and genuinely comfortable handling customers.

Coimbatore
Previous customer support / e-commerce experience is a plus. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: From ₹13,468.00 per month
