We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing digital marketing agency as a Lead Generation & Cold Calling Executive.
Your role will be to connect with small business owners in the USA & Canada, introduce our services, and generate interested leads for our sales team.
Role & Responsibilities
Cold call small business owners in the USA & Canada
Introduce our services (SEO, websites, social media, Google optimization)
Identify interested prospects and pass them to the sales team
Maintain basic lead tracking
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month
Incentives based on performance (qualified leads generated)

Working Hours
7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (IST) (US/Canada business hours)
5 days a week
Saturday & Sunday Off
Work Setup
Work from Office (Mandatory for first 3 months)
Opportunity to shift to Work From Home based on performance
Laptop preferred, but not mandatory (can be provided/managed)
