Job Description
DPlus Diagnocare is hiring energetic and motivated Business Development Executives to expand our network of hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare partners. The role involves field visits, client relationship building, and generating business for diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare centers to promote diagnostic services
- Generate new business leads and onboard clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Explain lab services, test packages, and pricing to clients
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate sample collection and service support
- Maintain daily reports of visits and business activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
- MBA candidates are encouraged to apply
- 12th pass candidates with strong communication and sales skills may also apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
- Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or medical sales is an advantage
Requirements
- Own bike and valid driving license (mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Sales and customer handling ability
- Willingness to travel daily for field visits
