Position: QC Manager
Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Certification: Certification in ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, or as an Internal Auditor will be an added advantage.
Location: Manjusar, Vadodara, Gujarat
Shift: 12 Hr
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Purpose
To lead and manage factory quality control activities by ensuring incoming materials, in-process operations, and finished products comply with customer specifications, industry standards, and company quality requirements. The role is responsible for maintaining quality systems, reducing defects, improving processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop inspection plans, quality standards, and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate inspection schedules with Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Supervise incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCRs, and CAPA documentation.
- Monitor quality performance, rejection trends, and customer complaints.
- Conduct root cause analysis and verify implementation of corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and internal quality systems.
