Job Description:
KG Builders is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive property sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, site visit coordination, sales closure, and achieving monthly business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team
- Generate and convert property leads
- Handle client meetings and site visits
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare sales reports and market updates
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in real estate sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
