We are looking for a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Client Outreach Executive to help drive business growth through lead generation, client communication, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Generate and maintain lead databases using spreadsheets and CRM tools.
- Reach out to prospective clients via email and other communication channels.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales process.
- Manage client communications professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare reports on lead generation activities and outreach performance.
- Provide administrative and virtual support to internal teams as required.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation and client outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong internet research and data management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Process Associate, Customer Support Executive, or similar role is preferred.
Work Schedule- Night Shift
Tuesday to Friday – Work from Office
Saturday – Work from Home
Sunday & Monday – Weekly Off
Note: Available to join from Monday (15/June) if Selected.
