Client Acquisition & Retention Retain existing clients through proactive relationship management and regular engagement.Develop a robust pipeline of new clients through online research, cold outreach, referrals, and field visits. Actively identify and engage prospective clients; drive conversations to deal closure. Ensure 100% re-signing of contracts with existing clients for long-term business continuity. Revenue Generation Drive revenue through e-Auction service charges and Membership sign-ups across all business segments. Meet assigned quarterly, monthly, and weekly revenue targets. Co-plan and support auction execution with clients to ensure smooth delivery and high satisfaction. Cultivate auction opportunities in new product categories: assess market demand, onboard buyers and sellers, and launch pilots to learn and establish new markets for the business.Collaborate with the operations team for seamless end-to-end auction execution. Plan and monitor listed auctions; flag and resolve issues proactively. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure sellers, buyers, and clients receive benchmark pricing.Market Intelligence Research competitors and track their activities, pricing, and offerings. Conduct field visits, gather market feedback, and share insights with the team. Stay current on industry trends to identify new BD opportunities.
