Duties of an Accountant
- Maintain Financial Records – Record daily transactions, sales, purchases, expenses.
- Prepare Financial Reports – P&L statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
- Tax & Compliance Work – GST filing, TDS, Income Tax returns.
- Bank Reconciliation – Match bank statements with company records.
- Payroll Processing – Salary calculation, PF, ESI, deductions.
- Invoice & Billing Management – Generate invoices and follow up on payments.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Monitor expenses and control costs.
- Audit Support – Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
Duties of an Admin Executive
- Office Management – Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Documentation Handling – Maintain files, contracts, employee records.
- Coordination & Communication – Manage calls, emails, meetings.
- Vendor Management – Handle office vendors and service providers.
- Travel & Event Arrangements – Book travel, hotels, meetings.
- HR Support – Assist in onboarding, attendance records.
- Data Entry & Reporting – Maintain MIS and basic reports.
- Front Desk Supervision – Handle visitors and reception activities
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
