Key Responsibilities:Patient Registration & Reception
- Greet patients, visitors, and attendants courteously.
- Register new patients and verify existing patient information.
- Create and maintain patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Guide patients to the appropriate departments and services.
Appointment Management
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as required.
- Coordinate with consultants and departments regarding appointment availability.
- Inform patients about consultation timings and hospital procedures.
Communication & Coordination
- Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors, and facilities.
- Coordinate with OPD, IPD, Billing, Nursing, and Diagnostic departments.
Billing & Documentation Support
- Assist patients with billing-related queries.
- Verify patient documents, insurance details, and identification records.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
Customer Service
- Handle patient complaints and escalate concerns to the appropriate authority.
- Ensure a positive patient experience at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain daily registers and reception records.
- Prepare reports as required by management.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the reception area.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Additional certification in Front Office Management or Hospital Administration is an advantage.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital reception/front office operations preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

- Call response and query resolution time.
- Compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹8,822.41 - ₹25,239.16 per month
