About the role
AMINU is a science-backed luxury skincare brand built around longevity, skin health, and professional-grade formulations. As we scale our professional channel spanning salons, clinics, and beauty professionals, we're looking for a driven Business Development & Key Account Manager to lead partner acquisition, deepen existing relationships, and establish AMINU as the go-to brand within the professional beauty ecosystem. You'll work directly with the founders, training team, and operations team, with high ownership from day one.
What You'll Get to Do

Be a part of growing AMINU's professional presence across salons, clinics, and beauty partners from Day 1.

Build relationships with salon owners, clinic heads, and industry professionals while understanding what drives long-term partnerships.

Learn how a premium skincare brand expands its B2B network from identifying new salon and clinic partners to onboarding and nurturing them.

Work closely with the founders, KAM, training, and operations teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Get hands-on exposure to business development, account management, sales planning, and partner engagement.

Support product launches, trainings, and on-ground partner activations that help grow the brand.

Track partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and contribute ideas to strengthen existing relationships.

Gain first-hand experience in how a fast-growing consumer brand builds and scales its professional channel.
Requirement:

6 months to 1 year of experience in Key Account Management or Sales.

Strong hold on English as well as Regional languages

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships

A Knack for marketing, operations and sales in general
