A hotel electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures throughout the premises. Their primary goal is to ensure a safe, comfortable, and uninterrupted environment for guests and staff by conducting routine inspections and responding quickly to emergency breakdowns.
- Preventive Maintenance: Regularly inspecting electrical panels, generators, transformers, and emergency lighting to prevent costly guest-facing power failures.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnosing electrical faults using testing devices (like multimeters) and promptly repairing or replacing faulty wiring, switches, sockets, and appliances.
- Emergency Response: Responding immediately to short circuits, power outages, and equipment malfunctions to minimize disruption to hotel operations
- Departmental Support: Maintaining specialized electrical systems in high-demand areas, including commercial kitchen equipment, laundry machinery, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) units.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all electrical work strictly adheres to local electrical codes and safety standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
