Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Engineer to oversee the execution of interior fit-out and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, vendor and contractor coordination, quality control, project scheduling, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Manage project schedules, materials, and manpower.
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure timely project completion.
- Verify measurements, bills, and work completion status.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial office interior projects.
- Knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Vendor and contractor management.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹242,010.43 - ₹991,208.45 per year
