Job Summary
Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) / Customer Service Officer (CSO). The candidate will be responsible for generating business, handling customer queries, coordinating loan applications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through referrals, telecalling, and customer interactions.
- Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Assist customers with loan application processes and documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of applications.
- Coordinate with banks, sales teams, and internal departments for loan processing.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly business targets and maintain service quality.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, finance, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English & Telugu; Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
