Strategic Business Development
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to expand the agrochemical business across tea gardens, distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
- Create annual and quarterly sales growth plans in coordination with management and area managers.
Head Office Coordination & Team Monitoring
- Work closely with Head Office management for execution of sales and marketing plans across all regions.
- Review daily activity reports submitted by Area Managers and provide guidance for improving market coverage, dealer engagement, and sales conversions.
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare detailed MIS reports including:
- Area-wise sales analysis
- Product performance reports
- Market intelligence reports
- Collection tracking
- Forecast and target analysis
- Recommend corrective actions based on sales trends and market performance.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
