The ideal candidate should have administrative and leadership skills to ensure a seamless experience for patients and smooth management of staff.

- Salary: Rs 15000 to Rs 22000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, maintain high standards of hygiene, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Patient Relations: Handle patient inquiries, address feedback, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Manage therapists and support personnel.
- Business Growth: Plan and execute local marketing strategies, wellness packages, and promotional events to increase patient footfall.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels of Ayurvedic medicines, oils, and therapy equipment, ensuring timely reordering.
- Financial Oversight: Track daily collections, manage billing records, and assist management with budgeting and revenue targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience managing an Ayurvedic clinic or wellness center
- Excellent communication (English, Hindi and prefarably Marathi), interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Reasonable knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies (Panchakarma, etc.) and clinical workflows.
- Basic computer literacy for handling clinic management software and billing.
