Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals successfully.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
