Growth Relationship Associate
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused candidate to manage travel agent engagement, drive platform usage, and ensure consistent activation on the Trrip platform.
This role involves regular follow-ups with agents, encouraging key actions like voucher creation, voucher sharing, and traveller app downloads, while building strong working relationships and improving overall platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with travel agents onboarded on Trrip through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Drive platform usage and agent activation consistently
- Encourage voucher creation, voucher sharing, and traveller app downloads
- Follow up regularly to maintain engagement and reactivate inactive agents
- Understand agent pain points and coordinate with internal teams for better user experience
- Track agent activity and maintain structured follow-up records
- Support customer success, retention, and long-term engagement
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up and execution ability
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, and CRM tools
- Proactive, organized, and target-driven
- Prior experience in customer success, sales, relationship management, or similar roles is preferred
