Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager (Field). The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and closing partnerships with manufacturers and vendors while driving strategic business expansion and revenue growth.
This role requires strong field presence, negotiation skills, leadership capability, and expertise in managing end-to-end business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard manufacturers, vendors, and strategic partners
- Generate and manage leads through field visits and direct interactions
- Drive complete business development cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure
- Pitch company partnership models and secure Manufacturer’s Letter of Intent (LOI)
- Convert partnerships into commercial transactions and revenue opportunities
- Develop and execute territory-wise expansion strategies
- Maintain daily reporting, business insights, and lead status updates
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners for repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
- Mentor junior team members and support conversion improvement initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred for senior-level candidates)
- 4–10 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to close deals and build strategic partnerships
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills preferred for senior profiles
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused mindset
Compensation Structure
- Salary Range: ₹5,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (CTC)
- Attractive incentives and performance-based growth opportunities
- First month compensation will be performance-linked and processed upon achieving at least one successful commercial transaction through a confirmed Manufacturer’s LOI
- Post initial milestone, salary will be processed in regular monthly cycles
