About Simba Voyages
Simba Voyages is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Ticketing Staff to join our Jaipur office. We are seeking a professional with strong expertise in Amadeus GDS, international and domestic ticketing, and advanced ticket servicing functions including ticket reissue and fare recalculation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings using Amadeus GDS
- Perform ticket reissue, revalidation, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds
- Manage fare calculations and ticketing accuracy
- Assist with schedule changes, airline policies, and passenger servicing
- Coordinate with airlines for operational ticketing requirements
- Ensure timely and error-free issuance of tickets
- Support sales and operations teams with travel-related requirements
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in airline ticketing / travel industry
- Strong working knowledge of Amadeus GDS (mandatory)
- Excellent experience in ticket reissue and fare calculations
- Good understanding of airline rules and ticketing procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage urgent travel requests
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Candidates currently based in Jaipur will be preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience with corporate travel handling
- Knowledge of international routing and fare construction
- Ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently
