About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our Click4Marry team. The role involves communicating with registered and prospective users, explaining the features and benefits of our matrimonial services, and assisting them in completing their profiles or upgrading to premium memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to introduce Click4Marry services and offers.
- Explain membership plans, features, and benefits to users.
- Assist customers with registration, profile updates, and subscription renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally through calls and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Work closely with the Relationship and Marketing teams to achieve conversion targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Good persuasion, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online tools.

- Experience in matrimonial services, subscription-based businesses, or digital platforms.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
