About the Role
IndyaWealth is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Wealth Management to join our growing team. If you have experience in managing HNI clients, leading sales teams, and driving business growth through wealth management products, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage HNI, Retail, and Corporate clients.
- Build and grow your own AUM and investment portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Officers to achieve business targets.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members while ensuring effective team performance.
- Advise clients on investment solutions including Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, PMS, AIF, and Life Insurance.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide goal-based investment advice.
- Achieve AUM, revenue, and insurance premium targets through ethical selling.
- Develop long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM in Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 7–10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Broking, or Financial Services.
- Strong experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients and investment advisory.
- Experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Fixed Deposits, Life Insurance, debt markets, tax-saving instruments, and equity mutual funds.
- NISM (VA) and IRDAI certifications will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
