About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager responsible for converting qualified opportunities into revenue by understanding client requirements, presenting customized technology solutions, negotiating commercials, and successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads and sales opportunities assigned by the company.
- Understand client requirements related to:
- Custom Software Development
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- AI/ML Solutions
- Cloud Services
- Digital Transformation
- Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Prepare proposals, estimations, and commercial documents.
- Negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution.
- Build long-term client relationships.
Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Services or IT Product industry.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of software development services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convert opportunities into revenue.
- Experience in handling international clients will be preferred.
- Target-driven with strong relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- This role requires working from Ahmedabad (WFO) and being available for 2–3 hours during EST overlap. Are you comfortable with both, and what are your current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period?
