Position Summary
Responsible for managing the prominent account, coordinating customer requirements, product development, order execution, and ensuring on-time delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handles prominent customer account independently.
Manage enquiries, order execution, and customer communication.
Coordinate sampling, approvals, and product development.
Track orders through the Time & Action plan.
Coordinate with Production, Sourcing, Quality, PPC, and Commercial teams.
Ensure compliance with H&M quality, packaging, and labelling requirements.
Monitor order status and shipment schedules.
Escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner.
Requirements:
3-6 years of merchandising experience in the textile/home textile industry.
Mandatory experience handling H&M or similar international retail accounts.
Strong communication, coordination, and Excel skills.
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
