Job Title: Mechatronics, Robotics & IIoT Trainer / Engineer
Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering hands-on training, laboratory development, project mentoring, and technical support in Mechatronics, Robotics, Industrial Automation, PLC/SCADA, IoT/IIoT, Embedded Systems, and Industry 4.0 technologies. The candidate should have strong practical expertise in developing and integrating hardware-based automation and IoT solutions using Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, sensors, actuators, PLCs, and robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on training in Mechatronics, Robotics, Industrial Automation, PLC, SCADA, IoT/IIoT, and Industry 4.0.
- Design and implement practical laboratory experiments, demonstrations, mini-projects, and industry-oriented projects.
- Work extensively with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, and other embedded development platforms.
- Develop IoT/IIoT systems using sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, gateways, communication modules, and cloud platforms.
- Interface and troubleshoot various industrial and electronic sensors, actuators, motors, relays, encoders, servos, and pneumatic/electrical components.
- Develop and demonstrate PLC-based industrial automation systems, including PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, control logic, and industrial communication.
- Integrate robotics, PLCs, sensors, actuators, embedded systems, and IoT technologies for Industry 4.0 applications.
- Develop smart manufacturing, machine monitoring, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and real-time data acquisition applications.
- Provide practical training in industrial automation architecture, control systems, IIoT connectivity, edge computing, and machine-to-machine communication.
- Mentor students in robotics, automation, embedded systems, IoT/IIoT, and Industry 4.0 projects.
- Develop laboratory manuals, practical journals, SOPs, training material, project documentation, and assessment activities.
- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment and automation systems.
- Conduct workshops, FDPs, industrial training programs, and certification-oriented technical sessions.
- Support R&D and prototype development involving robotics, AI/ML, IoT, embedded systems, automation, and smart manufacturing.

- Mechatronics: Mechanical systems, electromechanical systems, motors, drives, sensors and actuators
- Embedded Systems: Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano
- Robotics: Industrial robotics, robotic arms, mobile robotics, robot programming and integration
- PLC/SCADA: PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, industrial control and automation
- Sensors & Actuators: Industrial sensors, proximity sensors, encoders, temperature/humidity, pressure, level, motion and vision sensors
- IoT/IIoT: Edge devices, gateways, MQTT, cloud connectivity, data acquisition and remote monitoring
- Industry 4.0: Smart Factory, cyber-physical systems, IIoT, machine connectivity, OEE and digital manufacturing
- Industrial Automation: Motors, VFDs, servo systems, pneumatic systems, control panels and industrial communication
- Programming: C/C++, Python and embedded programming
- Communication: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MQTT, Modbus, Ethernet and other IoT/industrial communication protocols
Preferred Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Mechatronics, Robotics & Automation, Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, with strong hands-on experience in laboratory training, industrial automation, robotics, embedded systems, and IoT/IIoT.
Preferred Experience:
Candidates with practical experience in technical training, laboratory setup, curriculum development, student project mentoring, industrial automation, robotics, PLC/SCADA, IoT/IIoT, and Industry 4.0 implementation will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
