Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Voice Process Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle incoming/outgoing calls professionally and address customer concerns or inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database regularly.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share it with the team to improve service quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Service role (Freshers are welcome).
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. (Optional: Mention any regional language if required).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
