- Call prospective parents and students from the provided lead database.
- Explain the school's courses, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Follow up with interested parents/students through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- Schedule school visits, counseling sessions, and admission meetings.
- Generate and qualify new admission leads.
- Achieve monthly admission inquiry and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admission counselor and school management.
- Send admission forms, brochures, and other required information.
- Ensure timely follow-up until the admission is completed.
- Build positive relationships with parents and represent the institution professionally.
- Assist during admission drives, education fairs, and promotional events when required.
