Position: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Generate MIS reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- Hands-on experience in Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting Software is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Fluency in Telugu language is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
