- Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor identification, negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Handle MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve procurement efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service capabilities.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and monitor supplier performance.
- Analyze market trends, supplier pricing, and alternate sourcing opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and approval processes.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor documentation, quotations, and purchase-related reports.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
