Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to drive end-to-end process excellence initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities, analysing operational inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. The consultant will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies (such as DMAIC, RCA, FMEA, and Kaizen) to optimise processes, enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
This role acts as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement, effective change management, and sustainable transformation through structured problem-solving and analytics-led decision-making. The consultant is expected to demonstrate strong hands-on project execution with quantifiable impact across BPO/BPS/IT/consulting environments, contributing to long-term operational efficiency and business value realisation

Key Requirements:
Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma (GB/BB preferred)
Hands-on experience in DMAIC, RCA, FMEA, Kaizen
Working knowledge of Minitab (mandatory)
Proven track record in process improvement with measurable impact
Experience in BPO/BPS/IT/Consulting environment preferred
Strong stakeholder management & consulting mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Perform data analysis & root cause identification
Design and implement process optimisation solutions
Deliver measurable business outcomes (cost, SLA, productivity)
Collaborate with stakeholders for solution implementation & change management
Ensure continuous improvement and best practice adoption
