Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely follow-up on action points.
- Support in travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Draft letters, reports, and other official documents as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Track key deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
4. Event & Meeting Management
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and events.
- Arrange logistics such as venue, travel, catering, and materials.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience in supporting senior management preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
