Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and energetic CRM Executive to join our Nail Academy. Your primary goal is to convert inquiries into enrollments and manage the day-to-day logistics of our training floor. You will be the first point of contact for aspiring nail technicians and the "logistics lead" for sourcing nail models for our practical sessions.Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Data Management:
- Proactively manage and follow up on leads from social media, website inquiries, and walk-ins.
- Maintain a master Excel Sheet tracking lead status, student enrollments, and payment schedules.
- Inbound & Outbound Calling:
- Handle all academy calls, explaining course details, pricing, and career benefits to prospective students.
- Conduct "reminder calls" for upcoming classes and workshops.
- Model Coordination:
- Source and schedule nail models for student practice sessions and examinations.
- Maintain a "Model Database" to ensure a steady rotation of volunteers.
- Coordinate model arrival times to align perfectly with course modules (e.g., Extensions, Gel Polish, Nail Art).
- Student Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for current students regarding schedules or kit requirements.
- Collect feedback post-course to improve academy ratings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excel Mastery: High proficiency in MS Excel (filters, basic formulas, and data entry) is a must.
- Communication: Fluent and persuasive communication skills in [Insert Language] to handle high-volume calls.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to switch between data entry and the fast-paced environment of a beauty academy.
- Resourcefulness: Creative at finding nail models through social media groups, local networks, or apps.
- Education: Graduate in any stream; prior experience in a salon, academy, or call center is a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
