About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Executive to drive business growth through Alibaba and other B2B e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will need to undertake all activities pertaining to and will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, and achieving sales targets by promoting our products/services to global buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients (manufacturers, exporters, distributors).
- Present Alibaba membership solutions and conduct product demos.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and account management.
- Stay updated on global trade trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–3 years of sales experience (entry-level) or 3–8 years (mid-level).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prospect and generate leads independently.
- Familiarity with Alibaba, B2B trade platforms, and CRM tools.
- Resilience and target-driven mindset.
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.

Incentive Structure (For Mid-level Positions and above can be discussed)
- Commission per Sale: 2–5% of deal value (depending on product/service category).
- Monthly Bonus: ₹10,000–₹25,000 for exceeding sales targets by 20%+.
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to 1 month’s salary for achieving 100% of quarterly targets.
